Before you give light, you have to see what dims it. We go straight to the root pattern that so many teachers, leaders, and creatives carry without knowing: the quiet, learned need for approval that lives beneath words and shapes the field of every offering. Instead of adding more techniques or affirmations, we focus on field coherence - organizing your body, breath, and nervous system around the undistorted frequency that knows you were never less.

I share how early classroom moments and subtle cues became a baseline of “earn your right to be heard,” then map how that imprint shows up on stage, on camera, and in intimate circles. You’ll hear a raw account of calling on naphsha - the soul-spark untouched by wounding - to reveal a tightness in the solar plexus and the lifelong shape of “be good enough.” The shift didn’t come through thinking; it came through contact. In that contact, the performance loosened, the need for applause faded into noise, and speech began to rise from a steadier ground.

Grief threads through this journey as a teacher that opens the heart past identity stories and into the deeper resonance of presence. From here, we explore practical, embodied markers of coherence: approval stops mattering, transmission clarifies, and your frequency quietly reminds people of what they already are. This is how “heaven to earth” becomes lived—not as a concept but as nervous-system-level safety, courage, and action that no longer asks for permission. If you guide others, this isn’t optional; it’s the hygiene of your field. Listen to reclaim your voice from old imprints, speak truth without scanning for validation, and let what moves through you be light itself.

If this conversation resonates, follow the show, share it with someone who’s ready to stop performing, and leave a quick review to help others find this work.

Joya:

Before you can give light, you must first see what dims it. Our body is a field, a field of being, a field of wholeness. In the original Aramaic cosmology, the body there is no division between mind, body, spirit. It's all one unit. It's one system. It's your divine vessel. And so you before you can give light, you must first understand what's dimming your light. The being that we are learns its hunger long before the mind can name it. A child raises her hand in class, she speaks, and in the pause that follows, the silence before the response, something registers, not in thought, not in story, but in the field itself. Did they receive me? Did I please them? Was I good enough? The answers to these questions beyond thoughts arrive not in words but in tone, in the quality of attention given or withheld, and in the slight turning away or the warm leaning in. And her nervous system registers the answer. I must earn my right to be heard. This imprint sinks in deeper than belief. It becomes an energetic structure, a baseline frequency from which all future expression emerges. You do not choose to seek approval. Approval seeking becomes the water you swim in, the air you breathe, the ground beneath every offering. As the years pass, you grow, you study, you practice, you walk a spiritual path with sincerity and devotion. You learn to speak truth, you learn to transmit, you step onto stages, into circles, before the cameras, and you believe you are serving. But beneath every word, the distortion hums. Did they like it? Did I do it right? Will they come back? The teaching lands, but it carries a subtle frequency of needing. The transmission moves, but it seeks validation in return. You are not conscious of this. The seeking happens at a layer deeper than awareness. It operates in the space between your words, in the way your energy reaches toward the room, hungry for confirmation, for validation, secretly and desperately needing applause. This is what they receive, not just your wisdom, but also your distortion. Not just your truth, but your need. The field does not lie. It transmits everything that comes from you, the light and the shadow, the teaching and the wounds beneath it. You cannot serve as a clear conduit while your field is organized around the need for approval. Every word you speak will carry the signature of less than, regardless of conscious intention. And the people who come to you, seeking their own wholeness, their own remembering, will entrain not to your truth, but to your unresolved hunger. They will learn unconsciously that they too must perform, that they too must earn their right to exist, that spiritual transmission requires applause. The wound always perpetuates itself. And this is not about being healed enough to teach. As I was told on my download in Egypt, the only thing left to heal is your belief there is anything left to heal. This is about field coherence. Are you transmitting from wholeness? Or are you transmitting from the wound and dressing it up in spiritual language? I discovered this very distortion in myself, not through thought, but through contact. One morning I was sitting in silence and I called in my nafsha, the Aramaic word for soul, which is your divine spark, the part of me that has never been wounded, never been separated, and I asked, show me what I am carrying that doesn't belong. And what emerged wasn't a memory or not even a story, but it was a feeling, it was a sensation. A tightness arose in my solar plexus, the center of my I amness. My right to exist, my right to speak, my right to be seen for who I am. And I placed my hands there and I let the energy move, and I wept because I could see it, the energetic structure I'd been carrying for decades, the shape of needing to be good enough, the contraction that said you must earn your light. I didn't think my way through this. I let this distortion in me be touched by something greater, by the undistorted frequency that moves through everything, through the field, through the very movement of stillness itself. And in that contact, gentle, slow, unforced, something in me began to loosen. And not because I healed it. For you see, I've discovered that seeking something to heal creates something that needs healing. And so I sat with it and I allowed it to be seen by God. When the distortion begins to dissolve, the familiar self begins to dissolve with it. You realize that so much of you, who you thought you were, was built on the need for permission. Your voice, your offerings, your way of moving through the world, all of it shaped by the unconscious question, am I enough? And this is the first wound of the ego. Am I enough? And as that dissolves, what emerges is not a better version of you. It's not about claiming a new identity to live from. But it's something so fundamentally different that it can no longer be called by the same name. You stop performing your spirituality. You stop seeking applause. You begin to speak and you do not scan the room anymore for validation. You transmit and you don't check to see if it landed. Because you're no longer sourcing your worth from their response. You're touching it from the only place that never wavers. The wholeness that was always there. The light that never needed permission to shine. If you are called to guide others, this work is not optional. You must clear your field of the distortions that would pass through your transmission. Not to be perfect and not to be pure, but to be transparent. So that what moves through you is not your need, but the light and the frequency of truth itself. This clearing does not happen through study or through affirmations or through willing yourself into confidence. It doesn't happen through the mind. It happens through direct contact. Contact with the field that underlies all manifestation, the undistorted frequency, the moving stillness that knows you were never less. And you sit with that and you let it touch you. You let it move through the places where you've been holding. And slowly, so slowly, that you almost don't notice the baseline changes. Approval stops mattering. Applause becomes noise. And so what you transmit becomes pure. You were never less. The distortion was learned. Because we picked up the frequencies and the distortions of those around us, and they patterned our system as our own truths and filters through which we recreated those patterns in our own world. But beneath it all, always, always, always was a sense of wholeness. And that wholeness does not need permission to exist. It does not need applause to shine. It simply is. So that what is without and what is within align. And the frequency you transmit is the frequency others feel and others pick up in your presence. This is where your frequency reminds people of what they already are. In my presence, what I hear the most from people is the permission to fully be who they are. And that means that I am living from the fullest permission of who I am, without apology, without the need for applause, without the need for permission. And this is what it means to be the light in the dark, to have an embodied awakening that moves from the level of thought, concepts, thinking about it, ideas about it, talking about it, knowing it with a K. And moving, dropping down into the heart level now, where we are feeling it, and into the embodied nervous system where we have become it. That's the invitation. That's the next level of the work. This is the gift I have received in my grief through loss, through sorrow, that it is opened up in me, all of the deeper places where grief has lived, because the frequency of sorrow and the frequency of grief opened it all up. And when the part of my thinking mind, my default mode network, the part of the brain that tells us who we are and our story in the world ceases to be online and ceases to be hyperactive, then we are free to not interpret the world through the lens of our thoughts and how it relates to me and my story and my identity anymore, but through how it feels, not even at a not at a feeling level that's generating a chemical response inside of the body, but how it feels at a deeper level inside of you, how it's moving and opening and patterning at the level of frequency and vibration and resonance deep inside of you, beyond the language, beyond the thoughts, and even beyond the feelings, and landing in a place within that is whole and still and undisturbed, the part that has never known loss, the part that is never known wounding, this innate wholeness that exists inside of each and every one of us. This is what walking the luminous pathway and the beautiful energetic practices that continue to drop into me from source, from Weston, from the other side, are giving me this deeper, more still, and yet paradoxically, more dynamic way of being in the world than I've ever experienced in my life. And it's available to all of us because our bodies, our being, this entire whole system, this living field, this living temple, this vessel that we are of energy, frequency, interacting in a field of energy and frequency. In this, we live and move and have our being. And at these deeper levels of being, you come into a state of presence and flow, presence as the wholeness that you are, and the flow of the life force energy itself moving through you and inspiring, breathing in with you. What it is that you are to do, to say, to move in the world. It's a profoundly different way of being in the world. And it's how we bring heaven to earth through our coherence. And then to take it into action and begin to speak from this deeper place within you that doesn't need to ask for permission or seek approval or seek applause in any way, speaks a truth that resonates in the space of truth within those ready to receive the transmission you're sharing. And it requires a little bit of courage on your part in the beginning. But then your nervous system, your mind, and your heart are all working together in coherence, creating within yourself an immense sense of safety in the source that you know with a G that you are that source in form. I'll see you next week, beloveds. Be blessed.
